Appear provides innovative mobile solutions and software tools that help transform workforce efficiency in a number of industry verticals. The company had developed some partnerships aimed at developing their presence in different markets. However, the company had reached a point where they needed to make some decisions about how best to exploit their technology going forward.
Questions being addressed included whether to develop a broader range of external partnerships through a partner network or whether to focus more on stand-alone go to market strategy? These were not easy questions to answer from within the company as they required external insights and market feedback.
The company commissioned a project together with the experienced staff of Antoma AB, with the goal to identify possible answers to the strategic questions around partnerships.
Antoma arranged and delivered workshops with a range 20+ of potential partners, working at a senior level, and produced a comprehensive report. This included detailed meeting minutes from all the interviews and a set of recommendations. The report also included suggestions for next steps in a partner development project.
